摘 要:为了解榆林市绒山羊大肠埃希氏菌对抗菌药物的耐药性以及耐药基因的携带情况,采集榆林地区羔羊、育成羊、经产母羊与种公羊粪便样品各72份,通过药敏试验检测其耐药表型,PCR扩增检测其耐药基因携带情况。试验共分离到288株大肠埃希氏菌,药敏试验结果表明,榆林市羊源大肠埃希氏菌对检测的16种抗菌药物均有不同程度的耐药性,耐药率较高的为林可霉素100%(288/288)、青霉素97.57%(281/288)、克林霉素96.88%(279/288)、红霉素93.06%(268/288),其中96.88%(276/288)为多重耐药,以3~4重耐药为主。耐药基因检出率较高的为gyrA、TEM、gyrB、CTX-M 9、TEM-1,分别占99.31%(286/288)、97.57%(281/288)、94.44%(272/288)、88.19%(254/288)、81.60%(235/288)。经统计学分析,耐药基因检出数在羔羊、育成羊、经产母羊与种公羊之间无显著差异。分离的288株大肠埃希氏菌抗菌药物耐药普遍,耐药基因分布广泛。试验结果为榆林市绒山羊抗菌药物的科学使用提供了基础数据,同时也为榆林市公共卫生安全提供了理论支撑。To investigate the antimicrobial resistance of Escherichia coli of Cashmere goats in Yulin and the carrying of drug resistance genes,72 fecal samples were collected from lambs,growing goats,multiparous ewes and rams in Yulin area,and their drug resistance phenotypes were detected by drug susceptibility test,and drug resistance genes were detected by PCR amplification.A total of 288 strains of Escherichia coli were isolated in this experiment.The results of drug susceptibility test showed that Escherichia coli from goats in Yulin had different degrees of resistance to the 16 antimicrobials detected.The high drug resistance rates were lincomycin 100%(288/288),penicillin 97.57%(281/288),clindamycin 96.88%(279/288),erythromycin 93.06%(268/288),among which 96.88%(276/288)were multiple drug resistance,mainly 3-4 drug resistance.The high detection rates of drug resistance genes were gyrA,TEM,gyrB,CTX-M 9 and TEM-1.They accounted for 99.31%(286/288),97.57%(281/288),94.44%(272/288),88.19%(254/288)and 81.60%(235/288),respectively.By statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in the number of drug resistance genes detected among lambs,growing goats,multiparous ewes and rams.Antimicrobial resistance was common in 288 strains of Escherichia coli isolated in this study,and drug resistance genes were widely distributed.This experiment provided basic data for the scientific use of antimicrobials in Cashmere goats in Yulin,and also provided theoretical support for public health safety in Yulin.
