摘　　要：为了解后非洲猪瘟时代上海市种猪场猪伪狂犬病防控净化情况,2021-2023年对上海市14个种猪场共1933份猪扁桃体组织和精液进行伪狂犬病病毒(Pseudorabies virus,PRV)检测,共3108份血清进行伪狂犬病病毒gE抗体和gB抗体检测,并对检测结果进行了时间、空间分析。结果显示,2021-2023年监测的14个种猪场PRV病原学检测均为阴性,血清样品PRV gE抗体总阳性率为0.32%,个体阳性率分别为0.51%、0.20%和0.27%,场群阳性率分别为7.14%、14.29%和7.14%。统计不同地区种猪场PRV野毒感染情况,结果显示奉贤区PRV gE抗体阳性率最高,崇明区、浦东新区、嘉定区和江苏大丰区gE抗体均为阴性;从季度分布来看,4个季度的PRV gE抗体阳性率都低于1%,但第一和第二季度样品gE抗体阳性率明显高于第三、四季度的;gB抗体检测结果显示2021-2023年监测的14个种猪场gB抗体总体合格率达93.31%,个体合格率分别为96.33%、93.72%和90.26%。此外,不同区及不同季度的种猪场PRV gB抗体的合格率均超过90%,说明疫苗免疫效果良好。结果表明上海市自2014年开展猪伪狂犬疫病净化工作至今,猪伪狂犬病防控净化已取得阶段性成效。In order to understand the purification of porcine pseudorabies in Shanghai breeding farms in the post-African swine fever era,a total of 1,933 porcine tonsil tissue and semen samples,and a total of 3,108 sera were tested for porcine pseudorabies virus gE and gB antibodies in 14 breeding farms in Shanghai during the period of 2021-2023,and the results were analyzed temporally and spatially.The results showed that the 14 breeding farms monitored in 2021-2023 were all negative in pathogen tests,and the total positive rate of PRV gE antibody in serum samples was 0.32%,while the positive rates of individuals were 0.51%,0.20%and 0.27%,and the positive rates of farms were 7.14%,14.29%and 7.14%,respectively;Progress in Veterinary Medicine Through the statistics of the wild PRV infections in breeding farms in different regions,it can be found that the highest PRV gE antibody positive rate was found in Fengxian district,while the positive rates of Chongming district,Pudong district,Jiading district and Dafeng district were all negative.In terms of quarterly distribution,the positive rate of PRV gE antibody was less than 1%in the four quarters,especially in the first and second quarters,the positive rate of gE antibody was significantly higher than that in the third and fourth quarters.The results of gB antibody test showed that the overall qualified rate of gB antibody of 14 breeding farms in 2021-2023 reached 93.31%,and the individual qualified rates were 96.33%,93.72%,and 90.26%,respectively.In addition,the qualified rates of PRV gB antibody of breeding farms in different districts and in different seasons were all more than 90%,which proved that the vaccine immunization effect was good.It shows that since the purification of porcine pseudorabies was carried out in Shanghai in 2014,the purification of porcine pseudorabies has achieved staged results.
