不同产地菟丝子基源考证及含总黄酮量测定

摘  要:对不同产地的菟丝子药材进行基源考证,并对其含总黄酮量进行测定.通过性状、显微以及薄层色谱鉴定法,对10个产地菟丝子药材进行真伪鉴别和基源考证;利用紫外分光光度法测定10个产地菟丝子药材中含总黄酮的量.结果表明,10个产地菟丝子药材均为正品,其中产地黑龙江萝北、内蒙古锡盟、内蒙古阿拉善的基源为菟丝子,产地河南焦作、山东济宁、安徽六安、安徽霍山、广西南宁、陕西宝鸡、云南文山的基源为南方菟丝子;10个产地菟丝子药材含总黄酮的量差异不大,其中河南焦作菟丝子含总黄酮量最高,为18.50 mg·g^(-1),云南文山菟丝子含总黄酮量最低,为16.98 mg·g^(-1).本研究为后续菟丝子药材质量标准的制定及开发利用提供了参考.The origin of cuscutae semen from different origins was investigated,and the total flavonoid content was determined.Through characteristics,microscopic and TLC identification methods,the authenticity and origin of cuscutae semen from 10 origins were investigated;the content of total flavonoids in cuscutae semen from 10 origins was determined by UV spectrophotometry.The results showed that the cuscutae semen from 10 origins were all authentic,among which the origin of Luobei in Heilongjiang,Ximeng and Alashan in Inner Mongolia was Cuscutachinensis,and the origin of Jiaozuo in Henan,Jining in Shandong,Liuan and Huoshan in Anhui,Nanning in Guangxi,Baoji in Shanxi,Wenshan in Yunnan was Cuscutaaustralis.There was no significant difference in the total flavonoid content of cuscutae semen from 10 origins,with the highest content of 18.50 mg·g^(-1)in Jiaozuo in Henan,and the lowest content of 16.98 mg·g^(-1)in Wenshan in Yunnan.This paper provided a reference for the formulation of quality standards and the development and utilization of cuscutae semen.
