摘 要:新机型研发过程包含确定研制目标、数模设计与样机制作三个关键步骤.在实体样机中,常通过飞行员主观体验并打分的方法完成操纵舒适性评估,但该主观结果缺乏客观依据.提出将人体动作捕捉技术与快速上肢动作分析(Rapid Upper Limb Assessment,RULA)方法结合,通过改进的模糊综合评价法评估飞行员在实体样机中的操纵舒适性.试验选用Perception Neuron Studio动作捕捉系统,采用Axis Studio软件获取10名被试者在智能驾驶舱中执行常规五边飞行时的典型操作的关节空间点位,计算获得驾驶舱的实际操纵舒适性数据.被试者完成NASA-TLX主观量表,综合实际操纵舒适性数据,提高驾驶舱舒适度结论的可靠性.同时,该操纵舒适性评估方法具有普适性,不受限于驾驶舱形式与智能程度,为研究未来智能驾驶舱的评估与优化提供了重要参考.A new aircraft is developed in three steps:identifying the development goals,creating a computerized model,and creating the prototype.In the physical prototype,the pilot s rating and subjective experience are frequently used to assess the pilot s maneuvering comfort.The subjective findings lack a foundation in reality.In order to measure the pilots comfort with maneuvering in a physical prototype using an upgraded fuzzy comprehensive assessment approach,it was proposed in this paper to merge human motion capture technology with the rapid upper limb assessment(RULA)method.The Perception Neuron Studio motion capture system was chosen for the experiment,and Axis Studio software was used to calculate and obtain the actual maneuvering comfort data of the cockpit.The software obtained the joint space point positions of typical maneuvers performed by 10 subjects in a smart cockpit during the airfield traffic pattern.To synthesis the real maneuvering comfort data and increase the accuracy of cockpit comfort judgments,subjects filled out the NASA-TLX subjective scale.The maneuvering comfort assessment approach described in this work,which is universal and not dependent on the kind of cockpit or level of intelligence,serves as a crucial point of reference for future research on the evaluation and improvement of intelligent cockpits.
