摘  要:文章详细介绍汽车行业用于紧固整车线束接地端子、现行主流的专用搭铁螺栓的特殊结构及其如何辅助线束实现有效接地的工作机理,通过建模及专项验证,测量搭铁螺栓的一项特殊结构啮合在钣金焊接螺母不同位置时的接触电阻情况,并进行数据统计、对比、分析,进而推导出不同规格的搭铁螺栓与不同厚度钣金上搭铁点的适用、匹配关系,为新车型在工程设计阶段对搭铁螺栓在车身不同位置(主要钣金厚度差异,如侧围、纵梁)的使用选型提供可靠的依据。This paper introduces in detail the special structure of the current mainstream special bonding bolt used in the automotive industry to fasten the grounding terminal of the vehicle wire harness and the working mechanism of how to assist the wiring harness to achieve effective grounding.Through modeling and special verification,the contact resistance of a special structure of the bonding bolt when engaged in different positions of the sheet metal welding nut is measured.Through data statistics,comparison and analysis,the application and matching relationship between different specifications of bonding bolts and bonding points on sheet metal of different thicknesses are derived,which provides a reliable basis for the use and selection of bonding bolts in different positions of the body(main sheet metal thickness differences,such as side wall and longitudinal beam)in the engineering design stage of new models.
