摘  要:文章介绍汽车用环境光传感器在客车的应用场景及标定方法。环境光传感器主要应用于客车自动灯光功能,其作用为测试环境光照强度,输出电压信号给BCM。环境光传感器在客车上的标定方法是通过记录不同光照环境下同一辆车的环境光传感器检测的光照强度值E1,照度计检测的环境光照强度值E2,绘制E1-E2曲线,可以得到点亮和关闭近光灯的环境光传感器的光照强度值E3和E4。同时BCM采集环境光传感器的电压,根据环境光传感器的光照强度值E1-电压V特性曲线,将环境光传感器的光照强度值E1转换为CAN信号发送到客车的CAN总线,灯光控制器通过此CAN信号判断是否开启或关闭客车前照灯功能。This paper introduces the application scenarios and calibration methods of ambient light sensors for automobiles in buses.The ambient light sensor is mainly used in the automatic lighting function of passenger cars.Its function is to test the ambient light intensity and output voltage signals to the BCM.The calibration method of the ambient light sensor on the passenger car comprises the following steps of:recording an illumination intensity value E1 detected by the ambient light sensor of the same car in different illumination environments,and an ambient illumination intensity value E2 detected by an illuminometer;and drawing an E1-E2 curve to obtain illumination intensity values E3 and E4 of the ambient light sensors for lighting and closing the dipped headlight.At the same time,the BCM collects the voltage of the ambient light sensor,converts the light intensity value E1 of the ambient light sensor into a CAN signal according to the light intensity value E1-voltage V characteristic curve,and sends the CAN signal to the CAN bus of the bus.The light controller judges whether to turn on or off the bus headlamp function through the CAN signal.
