摘  要:为解决供热机组产生的大量热网回水难以进行回收利用的问题,提出了一种应用广义回热技术利用热网回水余热技术方案,该技术将暖风器、无泄漏式GGH系统和汽轮机回热抽汽系统结合在一起,实现能量的梯级利用和能量品位的转换,从而提高系统经济性。本研究分析计算广义回热技术利用热网回水余热系统,以江苏某电厂350 MW供热机组为例,其计算结果显示,该系统节煤量的理论最大值为2.37克/(千瓦时)。电厂的实际运行数据验证了该技术满足设计要求,具有明显的节能效果,且系统运行稳定可靠。In order to solve the problem which is difficult to recycle a large amount of backwater produced by heat supply units,this paper puts forward a scheme of generalized regenerative technology to utilize the waste heat of heat network.The technology combines the warm air heater,the leakless GGH system and the steam extraction system of steam turbine to realize the cascade utilization of energy and the conversion of energy grade,thus improving the economy of the system.Taking the application scheme of 350 MW heat supply unit in a power plant in Jiangsu Province as an example,the calculation and analysis of the waste heat system of the general regenerative technology using the heat network backwater are carried out.Analysis indicates peak fuel efficiency improvements of 2.37 g/(kW·h).At the same time,through the actual operation results of the power plant,it is proved that the technology meets the design requirements,the energy saving effect is obvious,and the system operation is safe and reliable.
