摘  要:压力容器封头开孔加工方式主要分为机械加工和热切割两大类,机械加工的特点是精度高、效率低;而热切割的特点则正相反。为研究得出一种兼具机械加工和热切割优点的方法,从热切割中的等离子弧切割入手,开发了一种便携式数控等离子弧切割设备和方法,提高了封头开孔质量、开孔尺寸精度及开孔效率。在某产品封头上进行试验验证后,结果表明该便携式数控等离子弧切割设备和方法可以成功解决不锈钢封头曲面上的热切割高精度开孔问题。The machining methods for pressure vessel head openings are mainly divided into two categories:mechanical machining and thermal cutting.The characteristics of mechanical machining are high precision and low efficiency;the characteristics of hot cutting are exactly the opposite.In order to develop a method that combines the advantages of mechanical processing and thermal cutting,a portable computer numerical controlling(CNC) plasma arc cutting equipment and method were developed starting from plasma arc cutting in thermal cutting,which improved the quality,size accuracy,and efficiency of head opening.After experimental verification on a certain product head,the results showed that the portable CNC plasma arc cutting equipment and method can successfully solve the problem of high-precision thermal cutting holes on the curved surface of stainless steel heads.
