摘 要:钢轨伸缩调节器及梁端伸缩装置是大跨度桥上无缝线路的薄弱环节,现有的检查维护方法无法及时获取其服役状态。本文采用AI(Artificial Intelligence)视频位移监测技术与传统监测技术相结合的方法,建立钢轨伸缩调节器及梁端伸缩装置一体化设备的监测系统,实现梁端区域梁缝,钢轨伸缩调节器、梁端伸缩装置关键位置,以及部件伸缩变形的实时监测。该监测系统运营期间总体运行稳定,监测数据能够合理反映梁端区域轨道结构的变形特性,为梁缝处活动钢枕歪斜等病害监测提供数据支撑,也为工务部门后期开展养护维修提供依据。The rail expansion joint and beam end expansion joint are weakness in continuous welded rail of long span bridge,and existing inspection and maintenance methods cannot timely obtain their service status.The paper adopted a combination of AI video displacement monitoring technology and traditional monitoring techniques.A monitoring system was established for the integrated equipment of rail expansion joint and beam end expansion joint to achieve real time monitoring of the expansion and contraction deformation for key locations and components in bridge joint of beam end area,rail expansion joint and beam end expansion joint.During the operation of this monitoring system,the state is stable,and the monitoring data can reasonably reflect the deformation characteristics of the track structure in the beam end area.At the same time,it provides data support for monitoring diseases such as the tilting of movable steel sleepers in bridge joint,and provides a basis for the engineering department to carry out maintenance in the later stage.
