利用回火定形提高波形弹簧的合格率

摘  要:针对波形弹簧由于载荷值不稳定导致合格率低的问题,从波形弹簧原材料、厚度、高度等多方面进行对比和综合分析。结果发现,影响波形弹簧合格率的主要因素是波形弹簧厚度的不均匀性。根据厚度将波形弹簧分类,将不同厚度的波形弹簧装入不同波形高度的回火工装中回火定形处理,控制波形弹簧的高度,提高了波形弹簧的合格率。In view of the problem that the qualified rate of wave spring was low due to unstable load value,the comparison and comprehensive analysis was made from raw material,thickness and height of the waveform spring.The results show that the main factor affecting the qualified rate of waveform spring is the inhomogeneity of waveform spring thickness.According to the thickness,the waveform spring is classified,and the waveform spring with different thickness is loaded into the tempering tool with different waveform height to control the height of the waveform spring and improve the qualified rate of the waveform spring.
