摘 要:对65Si2MnWA弹簧钢进行了不同温度的热处理试验,采用显微组织观察、拉伸试验等研究了不同温度热处理对65Si2MnWA弹簧钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:850~950℃淬火态65Si2MnWA弹簧钢组织主要为马氏体及均匀分布的粒状碳化物。对850~950℃淬火试样在435℃回火后,随着淬火温度的升高,其抗拉强度无较大变化,屈服强度却逐渐增加,脆性增大。随即对850℃淬火的65Si2MnWA弹簧钢进行了435~515℃回火试验,随着回火温度的升高,65Si2MnWA弹簧钢的强度逐渐下降,屈强比呈先下降再升高的趋势,弹簧钢的断面收缩率先升高再降低,在455℃回火时,65Si2MnWA弹簧钢达到最佳力学性能。65Si2MnWA spring steel was heat treated at different temperatures.The effects of different temperature heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 65 Si2MnWA spring steel were studied by microstructure observation and tensile test.The results show that,the microstructure of the steel quenched at 850℃-950℃is mainly martensite and uniformly distributed granular carbides.The quenched samples at 850℃-950℃are tempered at 435℃,with the increase of quenching temperature,the tensile strength does not change greatly,the yield strength increases gradually and the brittleness increases.Subsequently,the tempering test at 435℃-515℃of 65Si2MnWA spring steel quenched at 850℃was carried out.As the tempering temperature increases,the strength of 65 Si2MnWA spring steel decreases gradually,and the yield ratio decreases first and then increases,the section shrinkage of spring steel first increases and then decreases.When tempered at 455℃,65Si2MnWA spring steel achieves the best mechanical properties.
