摘 要:核聚变堆中偏滤器在高热通量条件下服役将产生高温及高热应力导致钨靶模块开裂失效。探究了自主研发的新型W-金刚石复合材料不同热导率对偏滤器钨靶模块温度及热应力的预期影响。首先通过理论公式计算了W-金刚石复合材料的理论物性,并利用ANSYS软件模拟对比了以不同热导率的W-金刚石复合材料和纯W材料作为面向等离子体材料(PFM)的钨靶模块在20 MW/m^(2)热通量下的温度分布及热应力。结果表明,采用W-金刚石复合材料作为PFM能够极大程度地降低模块表面的最高温度,改善模块温度梯度,降低模块等效应变,但由于复合材料弹性模量较高,模块的等效应力并未得到缓解。该结果将对材料的设计及偏滤器结构优化提供重要的技术支持。The tungsten monoblock of divertor in nuclear reactor cracks and fails as a result of high temperature and thermal stress under the working condition of high heat flux.The effects of self-developed W-diamond composites with different thermal conductivities on the temperature and thermal stress of the tungsten monoblock of divertor were investigated.Firstly,the theoretical physical properties of W-diamond composites at different temperatures were calculated by theoretical formulas.The thermal stress and temperature distribution of tungsten monoblock with W-diamond composites with different thermal conductivities and pure tungsten material as plasma-facing materials(PFM)at 20 MW/m^(2) heat flux were simulated and compared by ANSYS software.The result shows that,using W-diamond composite as PFM can greatly reduce the maximum module surface temperature,improve the module temperature gradient,reduce the effects of modules.However,due to high elastic modulus of the composite material,the effective stress of the module is not relieved.The result can provide important technical support for the design of W-diamond composite and structure optimization of divertor.
