摘  要:以连续陶瓷SiC纤维、金属TA2箔材为原材料,采用“箔-纤维-箔”法制备连续陶瓷SiC纤维增强Ti基复合材料,并对制备态复合材料进行了微观组织、界面行为及原位三点弯曲失效分析。结果表明:在热制造工艺参数900℃/45 MPa/30 min下,增强体陶瓷SiC纤维与基体金属Ti实现良好的冶金结合,纤维/基体界面处发生元素扩散现象,界面产物以TiC为主。在复合材料受弯曲载荷过程中,其裂纹扩展形式为树枝状折线分叉型,增强体纤维对纵向传播裂纹起到偏转和钝化作用,有效延长了裂纹传播路径。Using continuous ceramic SiC fibers and TA2 metallic foil as raw materials,continuous ceramic SiC fiber reinforced Ti matrix composites were prepared by foil-fiber-foil method.The microstructure,interfacial behavior and in-situ three-point bending failure analysis of the prepared composites were carried out.The results show that,at 900℃/45 MPa/30 min,the reinforced SiC fiber achieves good metallurgical bonding with the matrix metal Ti,and the element diffusion occurs at the fiber/matrix interface,and TiC is the main product at the interface.In the process of bending load,the crack propagation form of the composite is dendritic polyline bifurcation,and the reinforced fiber deflects and passivates the longitudinal propagation crack,which effectively prolongs the propagation path of the crack.
