摘 要:由于铜覆钢接地材料的腐蚀相关研究较少,导致未达标的铜层厚度严重降低降低铜覆钢使用寿命。针对连铸铜覆钢材料的腐蚀性能及铜层选型设计问题,对铜覆钢接地材料在浙江典型土壤的腐蚀性能进行了试验研究和铜层厚度的选型设计。研究结果表明,依据铜覆钢电化学腐蚀试验结果,为满足铜覆钢40年使用后仍确保电气热稳定,在浙江强腐蚀性土壤条件下,其铜层厚度宜≥0.80 mm;在中腐蚀性土壤条件下,其铜层厚度宜≥0.50 mm;在弱腐蚀性土壤条件下,其铜层厚度宜≥0.40 mm。浙江土壤多为酸性,酸性离子易破坏铜层钝化层,因此在设计铜层厚度时,应适当加大厚度。Due to less corrosion related studies of copper compound steel grounding materials,the serious reduction of substandard copper layer thickness reduces the service life of copper compound steel.According to the corrosion performance of copper composite and copper layers,the corrosion properties of grounding materials in typical soil and copper thickness in Zhejiang province were studied.The results show that,according to the electrochemical corrosion test results of copper-clad steel,in order to ensure the electrical and thermal stability of copper-clad steel after 40 service years,the thickness of copper layer should be≥0.80 mm under the condition of highly corrosive soil in Zhejiang province.Under the condition of moderate corrosive soil,the thickness of copper layer should be≥0.50 mm.Under the condition of weak corrosive soil,the thickness of copper layer should be≥0.40 mm.The soil in Zhejiang is mostly acidic,and acid ions can easily destroy the copper passivation layer,so the thickness should be increased appropriately when designed.
