摘 要:针对某核电站主蒸汽管道阻尼器连接螺栓发生断裂的现象,采用多种理化方法对断裂原因进行了试验研究,并基于有限元仿真分析了连接螺栓受力状态与阻尼器管道向上位移量的关系。试验与仿真结果表明:连接螺栓断裂样品质量状态不良,存在内孔与设计不符、成分偏析等情况;连接螺栓断裂的类型属于弯曲过载断裂,其直接原因是阻尼器受力为三点弯曲状态,致使连接螺栓应力过大,最终导致连接螺栓过载断裂。Aiming at the phenomenon that the connecting bolt of damper in the main steam pipeline of a nuclear power plant was broken,a variety of physical and chemical methods were adopted to test and study the cause of fracture,and the relationship between the stress state of connecting bolt and the displacement of damper pipes was analyzed based on finite element simulation.The test and simulation results show that:the sample of the fractured connecting bolt is poor in quality,with inner hole being inconsistent with the design and composition being in segregation.The fracture of connecting bolt belongs to the fracture of overload bending,the direct reason is that the damper is subjected to the state of three-point bending,resulting in excessive stress of the connecting bolt,and eventually leading to the fracture of connecting bolt because of overload.
