摘　　要：在分析电动工具电机绝缘系统评定相关标准的基础上,介绍了绝缘系统评定的标准化流程,包括模型制备、评定方法和组分替代原则,通过生产企业的案例实践,得到了电动工具行业绝缘系统评定的基础和经验。On the basis of analyzing the relevant standards for the evaluation of the insulation system of the electric tool motor,the standardized process of the evaluation of the insulation system is introduced,including the preparation of the model,the evaluation method and the principle of component substitution,and the basis and experience of the evaluation of the insulation system in the electric tool industry are established through the case practice of the manufacturer.
