摘 要:基于输电网全寿命周期成本分析建模,建立了一个随机双层规划模型。该模型考虑多种形态间歇性电源的集中接入,以实现输电网全寿命周期成本的经济性最优目标。采用2m+1点估计法对下层规划方案进行静态安全性评估,考虑到各种不确定性因素的影响。该双层规划模型是一种包含确定性及不确定优化问题的混合型规划模型。为确保双层规划模型的求解效率,还采用等效的析取不等式来建立上下层模型的混合整数线性规划模型,并将下层模型的库恩塔克最优性条件线性化处理成上层模型的约束条件,从而建立含均衡约束的数学规划模型,该模型与原双层模型等效且为单层模型。通过对模型目标函数中不确定参数的灵敏度分析,获得其在不同情形下取值范围。所提出的模型和方法在算例仿真中其合理性、有效性和实用性得到了验证。Based on the analysis and modeling of the entire life cycle cost of the transmission network,a stochastic bilevel programming model that considers the centralized access of various forms of intermittent power sources was established,with the goal of achieving the economic optimization of the entire life cycle cost of the transmission network.The Point estimation method was used to evaluate the static security of the lower level planning scheme,taking into account the impact of various uncertainties.This bilevel programming model is a hybrid programming model that includes both deterministic and uncertain optimization problems.In order to ensure the solution efficiency of the bilevel programming model,the equivalent disjunctive inequality was also used to establish the mixed integer Linear programming model of the upper and lower level models,and the Kuytak optimality condition of the lower level model was linearized into the constraint conditions of the upper level model,thus establishing a mathematical programming model with equilibrium constraints.The model was equivalent to the original bilevel model and was a single-layer model.By analyzing the sensitivity of uncertain parameters in the model objective function,the range of their values in different situations was obtained.The proposed model and method have been validated in numerical simulations,demonstrating their rationality,effectiveness,and practicality.
