摘　　要：目的探讨低密度脂蛋白胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(LDL/HDL)、单核细胞/淋巴细胞比值(MLR)对缺血性心肌纤维化(IMF)患者主要不良心血管事件(MACE)的预测价值。方法连续入选159例IMF患者作为IMF组,150例非IMF患者作为对照组(non-IMF组),记录所有患者临床资料、血清LDL/HDL、MLR水平等。随访1年,收集所有患者MACE发生情况,多因素logistic回归分析评估MACE的相关因素。结果IMF组患者血清LDL/HDL、MLR水平明显高于对照组。与未发生MACE的IMF患者相比,发生MACE的患者血清LDL/HDL、MLR水平明显升高。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,LDL/HDL、MLR是发生MACE的独立影响因素。结论血清LDL/HDL、MLR是IMF患者发生MACE的独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the value of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio(LDL/HDL)and monocyte/lymphocyte ratio(MLR)in predicting major adverse cardiovascular events in patients with ischemic myocardial fibrosis(IMF).Methods A total of 159 patients with IMF were selected as the IMF group and 150 patients with non-IMF as the control group.The clinical data,serum LDL/HDL and MLR levels of all patients were recorded.The incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in all patients was collected during 1-year follow-up,and the related factors of MACE were evaluated by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The serum levels of LDL/HDL and MLR in IMF group were significantly higher than those in control group.Compared with IMF patients without MACE,serum levels of LDL/HDL and MLR were significantly higher in patients with MACE events.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that LDL/HDL and MLR were independent factors in the occurrence of MACE.Conclusion Serum LDL/HDL and MLR are independent risk factors for MACE in IMF patients.
