论党的自我革命与全面依法治国之统合

摘　　要：自我革命是新时代党的建设的鲜明主题,主要着眼于党的自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高。而全面依法治国是新时代发展中国特色社会主义事业的重要战略部署,依规治党是其重要内容。“二者”在党的统一领导之下,共同致力于“跳出历史周期率”,形成了“党为统合主体、中国特色社会主义法治体系为统合框架、依规治党为统合路径”的统合机制。在中国共产党有机统合“二者”的实践中,党的自我革命为全面依法治国持续锻造坚强的领导主体、赋予其勇毅前行的精神气质,带动全面依法治国进程深入发展,同时全面依法治国战略也深刻塑造着党自我革命的法治思维,推动党与法治走向高度统一和深度融合。Self-revolution is the distinctive theme of party building in the new era,which mainly focuses on the party’s self-purification,self-optimization,self-innovation and self-improvement.Comprehensively governing the country according to law is an important strategic deployment for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and governing the party according to rules is an important part of it.The two are jointly committed to“jumping out of the historical cycle”and unifying under the leadership of the party,and on this basis,an integrated mechanism has been formed with“the party as the main body of integration,the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics as the integrated framework,and the governance of the party according to rules as the integrated path”.In the practice of the organic integration of the two by the Communist Party of China,the Party’s self-revolution continues to forge a strong leadership body for the comprehensive rule of law and endows it with the spirit of courage and perseverance,and drives the in-depth development of the process of comprehensive law-based governance.
