摘　　要：中国现代美学的萌芽与发展,与中国留学生关系极大。从20世纪初开始,留学生取代西方传教士成为传播域外美学、推动中国现代美学发展的主体:通过译介,推动德国古典哲学美学等多种美学在中国传播;借鉴域外美学理论,挖掘、整理中国传统美学的宝库;埋头研究,坚韧译著,弘扬中华美学;深刻影响了中国现代美学的发生、发展,促进中国现代美学体系的建构。留学生传播域外美学理念,不仅催生并发展了中国现代美学,探索并完成了马克思主义美学的中国化、本土化,而且在一定程度上促进了中西不同文化的交流,推动了中西不同文明在美学领域的互鉴,在建设中国式现代化和自主知识体系的当下具有重要的意义和启示。The overseas students’group has played a special and important role in the cultural exchange and mutual learning of civilizations between China and foreign countries in modern times.The emergence and development of modern Chinese aesthetics are closely related to the efforts of the overseas students.Since the early 20th century,Chinese students studying abroad have gradually replaced western missionaries as the leading force in the dissemination of foreign aesthetics,promoting the widespread dissemination of various theories such as German classical philosophical aesthetics in China.They not only borrowed foreign aesthetic concepts but also dedicated themselves to excavating and sorting out traditional Chinese aesthetic resources.Through in-depth research and translation work,they significantly influenced the formation and evolution of modern Chinese aesthetics.The efforts of these students promoted cultural exchanges and mutual learning between China and the West,as well as the Sinicization and localization of Marxist aesthetics.At the same time,it stood for their dream of“Chinese people pursuing national rejuvenation”.
