产业集群视角下提升四川文化产业竞争力研究

摘　　要：近年来,党中央、国务院高度重视文化产业发展,党的二十大报告明确要求推进文化事业和文化产业繁荣发展,为新时期新阶段加快文化产业发展指明了方向。文化产业空间集聚集约发展是提高文化产业核心竞争力、增强文化自信力的有效手段,与部分发达地区或国家相比,四川甚至全国文化产业集群发展刚刚起步,亟需加快推进。根据波特关于产业竞争优势的“钻石”模型,运用因子分析方法,系统分析了影响四川21市(州)文化产业集群形成发展的主要因素。分析发现物质、人力等要素投入对四川发展文化产业集群有着决定性的影响,各市(州)文化产业集群发展条件各异,需因地制宜推进四川乃至全国文化产业发展。In recent years,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have placed great importance on the development of the cultural industry.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly calls for the prosperity and development of cultural undertakings and industries,providing a clear direction for accelerating cultural industry development in the new era.Spatial agglomeration and intensive development of cultural industries are effective means to enhance core competitiveness and cultural confidence.Compared with some developed regions or countries,the development of cultural industry clusters in Sichuan and even China is still in its early stages and urgently needs to be accelerated.Based on Porter's"Diamond Theory"model of industrial competitive advantages,this study uses factor analysis to systematically analyze the main factors affecting the formation and development of cultural industry clusters in 21 cities(prefectures)in Sichuan.The analysis reveals that inputs such as physical and human resources have a decisive impact on the development of cultural industry clusters in Sichuan.The conditions for the development of cultural industry clusters vary across different cities(prefectures),requiring tailored approaches to promote cultural industry development in Sichuan and even the whole country.
