摘 要:地学创新人才培养存在培养理念不清晰,培养主体单一、要素分散,优质教育资源聚焦人才培养协同性不足等问题。针对科技经济时代国家和行业重大战略对地学人才知识能力素质的新要求,应坚持通专结合的地学人才培养理念,推进本硕博贯通培养、多学科交叉融合和多主体联合协作等人才培养模式创新。通过创新人才培养模式和教学模式,营造创新人才成长的环境;重构实践教学体系,提升地学人才实践创新能力;坚持多主体协同,拓展地学创新人才培养路径。The cultivation of innovative talent in geosciences faces several challenges,including unclear concepts of innovation talent development,single cultivation entities,scattered elements,and insufficient coordination of high-quality educational resources focused on talent development.To meet the new requirements for geoscience talent knowledge,skills,and qualities posed by national and industry strategic needs in the science and technology-driven economic era,it is crucial to adhere to the concept of integrating general and specialized education for geoscience talent.This involves promoting innovative talent cultivation models such as integrated undergraduate-master-doctoral training,interdisciplinary integration,and multi-entity collaboration.By innovating talent cultivation and teaching models,we can create an environment conducive to the growth of innovative talent.Additionally,reconstructing the practical teaching system is essential to enhance the practical innovation capabilities of geoscience talent.By adhereing to multi-entity collaboration,we can expand the pathways for cultivating innovative geoscience talent.
