摘  要:为实现低输量原油管道的安全平稳运行,以负荷率较低的管道为研究对象,在考虑水力特性和热力特性上的基础上,通过逐步迭代法确定管道的最低输量界限,并研究了不同优化方案的可行性和经济性,从节能角度确定了适合低输量管道的运行方案。结果表明,最低输量界限随输量和地温呈季节性变化,冬季的最低输量明显大于夏季;为避免含水率过高引发的腐蚀问题,掺水输送后的原油含水率不应超过20%;掺水输送方案、设置中间加热站方案和小管径输送的预计投资回收期分别为1.85年、12.31年和4.67年;采用掺水输送时,每天可减少运行费用740元,具有较好的节能意义。研究结果可为同类管道运行方案的制定提供实际参考。In order to realize the safe and stable operation of crude oil pipeline with low transmission,taking low load of pipeline as the research object,the minimum transmission limits of pipelines in terms of hydraulic and thermal characteristics are determined by step-by-step iterative method,and the feasibility and economy of different optimization schemes are studied.The operation schemes that are suitable for low transmission pipelines are determined from the perspective of energy conservation.The results show that the minimum transmission limits vary seasonally with transmission and ground temperature,and the minimum transmission in winter is obviously greater than that in summer.In order to avoid the corrosion problem caused by excessive water content,the water content of crude oil after water blending transportation should not exceed 20%.The estimated payback time of water blending transmission scheme,intermediate heating station scheme and small pipe diameter transportation are 1.85 years,12.31 years and 4.67 years respectively.When water blending transportation is adopted,the operating cost can be reduced by 740 yuan per day,which has good energy conservation significance.The research results can provide practical reference for the formulation of similar pipeline operation schemes.
