摘 要:油田含水率的上升和产液规模的不断增大,导致集输系统能耗逐年增加。为降低高含水油田集输能耗,在低温工况条件下,分别从集输、脱水及污水处理三个环节,通过精准调控掺水温度及掺水量,优化筛选采出液高效破乳和应用滤料再生技术,指导集输系统精细化、低能耗生产运行。自2023年应用以来,年累计减少掺水67×10^(4)m^(3),节约掺水耗电166×10^(4)kWh,实现了集输系统全流程能源管控,为油田进一步实现精准控制、精细生产、大幅降低能源消耗、提升用能效率提供指导。Due to the rising water content of oilfield and the increasing scale of fluid production,the energy consumption of gathering and transportation system has been increasing year by year.In order to reduce the energy consumption of gathering and transportation in high-water cut oilfield,under low temperature conditions,the three aspects of gathering and transportation,dehydration and sewage treatment are analyzed.Regulating the water blending temperature and water blending amount,optimizing the efficient demulsification of produced liquid,and applying filter material regeneration technology have guided the fine and low-energy production and operation of gathering and transportation system.Since it was applied in 2023,the cumulative annual water blending consumption has been reduced by 67×10^(4)m^(3)and the power consumption of water blending has been saved by 166×10^(4)kWh,which realizes the whole-process energy control of gathering and transportation system,and provides guidance to further achieve accurate control,fine production,significantly reduce energy consumption,and improve energy efficiency.
