摘  要:针对油田离心式注水泵能耗高、效率低的问题,某采油厂从注水设备运行稳定性、自身能耗及生产管理维护等方面综合考虑,创新应用曲轴全支承、反向强制润滑、多弹簧预紧自封式密封等核心技术,研制了105 m^(3)/h大排量五柱塞增压泵替代离心式注水泵。通过对某注水站试验数据进行分析,大排量五柱塞增压泵易损件寿命较长,故障率低,运行稳定可靠。替代原有离心式注水泵后,泵水单耗由8.2 kWh/m^(3)下降到5.0 kWh/m^(3),节电率39.02%,可有效解决油田注水能耗高的难题。In response to the problem of high energy consumption and low efficiency of centrifugal water injection pumps in oilfield,an oil production plant has made comprehensive consideration from the aspects of operational stability of water injection equipment,its own energy consumption and production management and maintenance.By innovating and analyzing core technologies including full crankshaft support,reverse forced lubrication and multi-spring pre-loaded self sealing,the five plunger supercharging pump of 105 m^(3)/h large displacement is developed to replace centrifugal water injection pumps.By analyzing the test data of a water injection station,the large-displacement five-plunger supercharging pump has a long service life of wearing parts,low failure rate,stable and reliable operation.After replacing the original centrifugal water injection pump,the water consumption per unit pump decreased from 8.2 kWh/m^(3)to 5.0 kWh/m^(3),with an electricity saving rate of 39.02%,which can effectively solve the problem of high energy consumption in oilfield water injection.
