摘 要:为有效解决大斜度井有杆泵举升存在的问题,M油田开展敷缆连续油管无杆举升工艺技术试验。室内实验,总伸长量4.41‰,外部承压25 MPa,空载抗拉强度300 kN,满载抗拉强度255 kN,力学性能优良。现场试验2口井,连续油管无杆举升可下到指定深度并可通过一定井斜变化率位置,单井产能提高;明确清蜡点为电动机电流的80%,合理清蜡参数为“对内置加热电缆进行连续5 h加热”;评价能耗与效率,与游梁式抽油机相比,2口井平均单耗降低11.059 kWh/t,节能率为64.05%,系统效率高23.83个百分点。敷缆连续油管无杆举升工艺技术应用于大斜度井初步适应性较好,但应用时间较短,应持续跟踪其井下工具的使用寿命,为技术的推广应用提供有力支撑。In order to efficiently solve the problems existing rod pump lifting in highly deviated well,the testing of rodless lifting technology for cable continuous tubing is developed in M oilfield.For the indoor experiments,the total amount is 4.41‰,the external pressure is 25 MPa,the no-load tensile strength is 300 kN,the full-load tensile strength is 255 kN,leading to excellent mechanical properties.The field test of two wells shows that the rodless lifting technology of cable continuous tubing can be lowered to a certain depth and pass through a certain deviation rate position,which makes single well productivity improve.It is clear that the wax removal point is 80%of the electric motor current,and the reasonable wax removal parameter has been"heating the built-in heating cable for 5 hours continuously".By evaluating energy consumption and efficiency,the unit consumption of two wells is reduced by 11.059 kWh/t,the energy conservation rate is 64.05%,and the system efficiency is 23.83 percentage point higher compared with the beam pumping unit.The application of rodless lifting technology for cable continuous tubing in highly deviated wells has a good initial adaptability,but the application time is short.The service life of downhole tools should be continuously tracked to provide a strong support for the popularization of technology.
