摘 要:针对XB油田注水系统处理规模大、区域站库负荷低、系统间负荷不均衡的问题,提出了有针对性的优化措施。通过站库能力转换,实施系统间注水能力优化调整,合理分配注水站库能力,满足区域注水需求,实施后区域平均负荷率提高20%;对规模大、负荷低的站库,打破站库水质界限,实施布局优化调整,利用规模大站库对零散站库进行功能整合,实施后两区域平均负荷率分别提高41%和13.3%,共减少用工64人。措施后可有效实现注水系统的降本增效,为油田高质量发展助力。In response to the issues of large-scale treatment,low load of regional stations and imbalance load between systems in the water injection system of XB oilfield,the optimization measures are proposed.Through the conversion of station,the optimization and adjustment of water injection capacity between systems are implemented,and the water injection station capacity is rationally distributed,which meets regional water injection demand,and increases the average regional load rate by 20%after implementation.For large-scale and low load stations,breaking the water quality boundary of the stations,implementing layout optimization and adjustment,utilizing large-scale stations have been integrated on the scattered stations.After the implementation,the two regional average load rate is increased by 41%and 13.3%respectively,reducing employment by 64 people,which effectively achieves quality improvement and consumption reduction of water injection system after the measures,and contributes to the high-quality development of oilfield.
