摘 要:注水系统是一种非常普遍的油田开发工艺,它可以对地层进行补给,维持油层的稳定,从而可以有效的加快油田的开发进度和采收率,它在整个油田的能源消耗中占据了很大的比重。在现阶段开发过程中,注水系统存在泵管压差大、开泵布局不合理等问题,造成生产运行方案不合理,并得不到及时调整,致使注水效率较低,注水单耗较高,注水系统运行生产波动大、能耗控制难度大。针对上述问题,按照整体降压、局部增压的工作思路提出解决对策及优化调整意见,有效降低系统能耗,并结合注水系统仿真优化为技术管理提供一定的借鉴和参考。措施实施后,系统日节电1.71×10^(4)kWh,4座站所泵管压差下降0.28~2.55 MPa,系统运行稳定,能耗显著降低。The water injection system is a very common oilfield development technology.It can not only supply the formation to maintain the stability of oil layer,but also effectively speed up the development progress and recovery rate of oilfield,which occupies a large proportion of the energy consumption in the whole oilfield.During the current development process,the water injection system has problem such as large pump pipe pressure differences and unreasonable pump layouts,resulting in unreasonable production and operation plans.Due to the lack of timely efficiency,the water injection efficiency is low and the unit consumption of water injection is high.Especially the operation and production fluctuation of water injection system is large and it is difficult to control the energy consumption.In view of the above issues,according to the overall working idea of pressure reduction and local pressure increase,the solution countermeasures and optimization adjustment opinions will be put forward,which effectively reduces the system energy consumption and provide certain reference for technical management combined with the simulation and optimization of water injection system.After the implementation of the measures,the daily electricity saving of system is 1.71×10^(4)kWh.The differential pressure of pumping pipes at four stations is decreased by 0.28~2.55 MPa,which results in stable system operation and significant reduction in energy consumption.
