枝状集输管网投资成本优化及运行节能研究

摘  要:为降低枝状集输管网的投资成本及运行成本,在考虑中央处理厂投资、集输站投资和管道投资等方面对总投资的影响下,建立以建设投资最少为目标函数的优化模型,进行投资成本优化,通过分枝定界法进行求解,并以待建气田和已建油田区块进行了方法验证。结果表明,集输半径对总建设投资的影响最大,集输站处理量增大到一定程度后,对总建设投资不构成影响;整体优化充分考虑了井组划分、站场选址和管道优化等方面的协同影响,得到的结果是全局最优解;在待建气田上优化后的总建设投资从17910.35万元降至17883.95万元;在已建油田上优化后管输压降可降低0.1~1.0 MPa,管输温降可降低2~9℃,预计全年可节省资金8.94万元。研究结果可为同类油气田节能运行方案的制定和修改提供实际参考。In order to reduce the investment cost and operating cost of branching gathering and transportation network and to consider the aspects including investment in centralized treatment plants,investment in gathering station and investment in pipeline on the total investment,the optimization model with minimum construction investment as the objective function is established,the optimization of investment cost is carried out,and the solution is carried out by the branching and delimitation method.The method has been verified by the gas field to be built and oilfield block built.The results show that the radius of gathering and transportation has the greatest influence on the total construction investment,and when the processing capacity of gathering station increases to a certain extent,it has no influence on the total construction investment.The overall optimization fully considers the synergistic effects of well group division,station site selection and pipeline optimization.The result is the global optimal solution,and the total construction investment after optimization on the gas field to be built is reduced from 179103500 yuan to 178839500 yuan.After optimization on the established oilfields,the pressure drop of pipeline gathering and transportation can be reduced by 0.1~1.0 MPa,and the temperature drop of pipeline gathering and transportation can be reduced by 2~9℃.It is estimated that the annual funding can be saved by 89400 yuan.The research results are expected to provide practical reference of the formulation and modification of energy conservation operation schemes for similar oil and gas fields.
