摘 要:为降低油田集输系统用能水平,避免不同因素对系统用能水平的制约,根据集输系统工艺流程,建立多层次的综合用能评价指标体系,采用熵权-灰色关联法确定指标权重及不同区块集输系统的灰色关联度,以此衡量集输系统用能水平与标杆值之间的差异,并针对用能薄弱的单元进行了节能调改。结果表明,热能利用率和单位液量集输气耗的权重占比较大,说明与加热炉相关的系统对用能水平影响较大;D区块集输系统的用能水平最差,且D-5接转站存在的问题较多;从改进燃烧器、应用节能燃烧技术、吸收式热泵技术、高频电场清垢技术等方面进行了整改,单项技术的单台节气量在9.5~73.0 m^(3)/h,节能燃烧技术的节能效果最佳。In order to reduce the energy consumption level of oilfield gathering and transportation system and avoid the restriction of different factors on the energy consumption of system,the multilevel comprehensive energy consumption evaluation index system is established according to the process of the gathering and transportation system.The entropy weight-gray correlation method is adopted to determine the index weight and the gray correlation degree of the gathering and transportation system in different blocks so as to measure the difference between the gathering system and the benchmark value and to carry out energy conservation adjustment for the unit with weak energy consumption.The results show that the weights of thermal energy utilization and gas consumption per unit liquid volume are large,which indicates that the system related to heating furnace has a great influence on the energy consumption level.The energy consumption level of gathering and transportation system in Block D is the worst,and there are many problems in D-5 transfer station.Hence,it is suggested to improve the burner,apply energy conservation combustion technology,apply absorption heat pump technology,and highfrequency electricity field descaling technology.The gas saving of single technology is 9.5~73.0 m3/h,and the energy conservation combustion technology has the best energy conservation effect.
