摘  要:盲盒是近年来较为热门的消费形式,在新时代环保背景下,利用盲盒形式可以提高供需效率、促进零售行业的转型升级。研究采用服务设计的理念对用户消费结构与消费心理进行调研与分析,在贴合用户需求的基础上对超市生鲜盲盒零售服务平台进行设计,以此提升服务效果。通过用户旅程图、商业画布、利益相关者分析、服务蓝图等服务设计工具的应用,明确服务内容与前台后台关系,分析体验痛点与机会点,完善服务平台的设计方案,输出符合当代青年人践行微环保心理的应用程序设计,从而进一步满足社会与消费者的需求。In the context of environmental protection in the new era, the use of blind boxes can improve the efficiency of supply and demand and promote the transformation and upgrading of the retail industry. This study uses the concept of service design to investigate and analyze the consumption structure and consumption psychology of users, and designs the supermarket fresh blind box retail service platform on the basis of meeting the needs of users, so as to improve the service effect. Through the application of service design tools such as user journey map, business canvas, stakeholder analysis, service blueprint, etc., the relationship between service content and front and back office is clarified, the pain points and opportunities of experience are analyzed, the design scheme of the service platform is improved, and the application design that is in line with the psychology of contemporary young people practicing micro-environmental protection is output, so as to further meet the needs of society and consumers.
