摘 要:干旱胁迫是限制作物生长的重要非生物因素之一。为探究干旱胁迫下外源施加肌肽对水稻(Oryza sativa)幼苗生长的影响,以‘师稻960’为材料,对干旱胁迫幼苗用不同浓度肌肽处理,研究幼苗表型、生理和分子水平上的变化,并用灰色关联度和相关性分析,揭示不同浓度肌肽和干旱胁迫幼苗表型与生理的关系。结果表明:外源施加肌肽可以增强幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性,使渗透调节物质尤其是脯氨酸(Pro)含量增加,丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))、超氧阴离子(O_(2)^(·-))含量和相对电导率(REC)相对单独干旱处理明显下降,同时诱导水稻干旱胁迫响应相关基因(Os P5CS、WDL1、Os MPK1、Os DREB1A、Os LEA3-1、Os SCL30)表达,从而缓解干旱对幼苗的损伤。外源施加肌肽浓度过低效果不明显,过高加重幼苗损伤,最适浓度为1 mmol·L^(-1)。Drought stress is one of the important abiotic factors restricting crop growth.In order to explore the effect of exogenous l-carnosine on the growth of rice(Oryza sativa)seedlings under drought stress,‘Shidao 960’was used as the material.Drought-stressed seedlings were treated with different concentrations of l-carnosine to study the changes of seedling on phenotype,physiology and molecular levels.Gray correlation and correlation analysis were used to reveal the relationship between different concentrations of l-carnosine and the phenotype and physiology of drought-stressed seedlings.The results show that exogenous l-carnosine could enhance the activities of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and ascorbate peroxidase(APX)in seedlings.The contents of osmoregulatory substances,especially proline(Pro),were increased,while the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))and superoxide anion(O_(2)^(·-))and relative electrical conductivity(REC)were obviously decreased compared with individual drought treatment.At the same time,the expression of rice drought-stress-response-related genes(OsP5CS,WDL1,OsMPK1,OsDREB1A,OsLEA3-1,and OsSCL30)was induced,thereby alleviating the drought damage to seedlings.Too low concentration of exogenous l-carnosine had no obvious effect,but too high concentration aggravated seedling injury,and the optimum concentration is 1 mmol·L^(-1).
