摘 要:智能技术在教育中的融合应用为高校教学提供了智能的环境、人性化的交互服务。当前,智能技术嵌入高校教学支持服务仍处于探索阶段,基于教学系统要素理论,人工智能技术嵌入高校教学后会对教学目标、教学内容、教学形态、教学评价四个环节产生影响。在实践场域,高校教学支持服务存在场域建设断链、数字驱动失衡、组织体系脱嵌、技术执行偏轨等现实问题。智能化高校教学支持服务应当以智能技术为切入点,围绕教师教学过程中的教学空间规划、质量检测、教学咨询以及教学评价四个维度展开。The integration and application of intelligent technology in education provides an intelligent environ-ment and humanised interactive services for college teaching.At present,intelligent technology embedded in col-lege teaching support services is still in the exploration stage.Based on the theory of teaching system elements,ar-tificial intelligence technology embedded in college teaching will have an impact on the four links of teaching objec-tives,teaching content,teaching form and teaching evaluation.In the practice field,there are real problems such as field construction broken chain,digital drive imbalance,organizational system de-embedding,technology imple-mentation deviation and other real problems in college teaching support services.Intelligent college teaching support services should take intelligent technology as the entry point,and focus on the four dimensions of teaching space planning,quality testing,teaching counselling,consultation,and teaching evaluation in the teaching process of teachers.
