摘  要:放射治疗是头颈部肿瘤临床综合治疗的重要方式之一。放射线所致唾液分泌功能减退和口干症是头颈部肿瘤放射治疗后最为常见的副反应,可严重影响患者生活质量,然而目前口干症的治疗方案仍以临床经验为基础。随着细胞生物学、蛋白质组学和替代治疗方案的发展,人们对放疗所致唾液腺功能损伤的认识逐渐深入,正在研发新的干预措施。本文阐述了唾液腺放射性损伤发病机制和防治放疗后唾液腺损伤的相关研究进展,为深入研究唾液腺放射损伤发病机理和防治策略提供文献基础。Radiotherapy is one of the important treatments for head and neck cancer in clinical practice.Radiation-induced salivary dysfunction is a frequently happened side effect after radiotherapy in patients with head and neck tumors,which significantly impacts the life quality of patients.At present,the management of xerostomia,however,is still mainly based on clinical experience.With the development of cell biology,proteomics and alternative treatment options,the mechanism of radiation-induced salivary dysfunction is becoming clearer,and more countermeasures are developed.In this review,we summarized the recent progress on the nosogenesis of radiation-induced salivary gland injury and discussed the prevention and treatment of it,which could provide fundamental basis for related research.
