摘  要:对水性涂料产业化过程中,水性无树脂色浆研磨工艺进行系统性的研究,主要考察了水性无树脂炭黑色浆预分散的生产设备和工艺,研磨设备、研磨介质及其填充量,研磨过程的研磨流量、研磨时间、研磨温度、色浆黏度和预分散浆液静置时间等工艺参数对色浆研磨效率和稳定性影响。研究结果对水性涂料从实验室配方快速向产业化生产转化和对水性涂料生产企业完善生产质量管理体系具有指导意义。The systematic research on the grinding process of the waterborne resin-free color paste in the manufacturing process of the waterborne coatings is described in this paper.The effects of the production equipment and process for waterborne resin-free carbon black paste pre-dispersion,the grinding equipment,the grinding media and the filling amount,the grinding process parameters such as the grinding flow rate,the grinding time,the grinding temperature,the viscosity of the color paste,and the settling time of the pre-dispersed slurry on the efficiency and the stability of color paste grinding were studied.The research results had significant guidance for the rapid transformation of the laboratory formulas of the waterborne coatings to the industrial production as well as the improvement of the quality management system.
