摘 要:采用序批式(SBR)反应器,以反硝化颗粒污泥为晶核、通过投加吡啶高效降解菌进行好氧颗粒污泥的培养,考察了不同运行周期条件下,好氧颗粒污泥系统中NH_(4)^(+)-N、NO_(2)^(-)-N、NO_(3)^(-)-N、吡啶-N和细菌胞外聚合物(EPS)的变化情况,在此基础上研究了高低溶解氧交替运行方式对SBR反应器运行效果的影响。结果表明:所培养的好氧颗粒污泥团聚紧密,外观呈黄色椭圆状或球状,粒径为1~3 mm;当运行周期为8 h、进水吡啶质量浓度为3000 mg/L时,出水吡啶质量浓度低于检出限(2 mg/L),EPS含量达到最大,为95 mg/g(以MLSS计);高低溶解氧交替运行的方式既有利于提高脱氮效率,又能够降低动力消耗;在SBR反应器运行周期为8 h、进水氯化铵质量浓度为250 mg/L、吡啶质量浓度为3000 mg/L的条件下,TN去除率为51.7%,NO_(2)^(-)-N积累率为95.5%。In a sequencing batch reactor(SBR),the aerobic granular sludge was cultivated by using denitrification granular sludge as the crystal nucleus and adding high efficient degradation bacteria for pyridine into it.The changes of NH_(4)^(+)-N、NO_(2)^(-)-N、NO_(3)^(-)-N,Pyridine-N,and extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)in the aerobic granules sludge systems under different operating cycles were investigated,and the influence of the alternating operation of high and low dissolved oxygen on the SBR was analyzed.The results show that the aerobic granule sludge has a compact structure,colored in yellow,with an elliptic or spherical shape and a particle size ranging from 1 mm to 3 mm.When the operating cycle was 8 h and the influent pyridine concentration was 3000 mg/L,the effluent pyridine concentration is below the detection limit of the instrument(2 mg/L)and the EPS content reaches its maximum of 95 mg/g(calculated by MLSS).The alternating operation of high and low dissolved oxygen is beneficial to improving nitrogen removal efficiency and reducing power consumption.Under the conditions of an operation cycle of 8 h,the influent ammonia concentration of 250 mg/L and the pyridine concentration of 3000 mg/L,the total nitrogen removal rate is 51.7%,and the nitrogen accumulation rate of NO_(2)^(-)-N is 95.5%.
