摘  要:采用高温熔融法,通过掺杂SiO_(2)和重金属元素,对含铜污泥资源化尾渣进行玻璃化处理,考察了熔融时间、生料硅酸度、熔融体中Fe(Ⅱ)与总铁(TFe)质量比(Fe(Ⅱ)/TFe)及重金属元素含量等因素对玻璃化处理产物特性的影响。结果表明:在熔融温度1350℃、生料硅酸度2.00、熔融时间1.0 h的条件下,所制得的玻璃化处理产物能够满足国标GB/T 41015—2021的要求;当Fe(Ⅱ)/TFe为12.99%~37.33%时,玻璃化处理产物中重金属元素的酸浸出浓度变化不大,当Fe(Ⅱ)/TFe大于44.89%后,As、Cu、Ni、Cr、Mn和Zn的酸浸出浓度显著增大;当生料中As、Cu、Ni、Cr、Mn、Zn、Pb的含量(w)分别为3.2%,2.0%,0.8%,2.0%,2.4%,1.6%,1.6%时,玻璃化处理产物中玻璃体含量(w)为95.36%,各重金属元素的酸浸出浓度均未超标;玻璃化处理产物中As、Cu、Ni、Cr、Mn、Zn、Pb的最大允许含量(w)分别约为3.03%,2.85%,1.66%,3.00%,2.62%,2.11%,1.93%。High-temperature melting was conducted for the vitrification treatment of recycled tailings from the copper-containing hazardous waste by doping SiO_(2)and heavy metal elements.The effects of several factors on the characteristics of the vitrification products were investigated,including melting time,the silicon acidity of raw materials,the Fe(Ⅱ)/TFe mass ration in the melt,and heavy metal content.The results indicate that when the melting temperature is 1350℃,the silicon acidity of raw materials is 2.00,and the melting time is 1.0 h,the vitrification products meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 41015—2021.When the Fe(Ⅱ)/TFe ratio in the melt is 12.99%-37.33%,the acid leaching concentration of heavy metal elements in the vitrification products does not change significantly.When the Fe(Ⅱ)/TFe ratio exceeds 44.89%,the acid leaching concentrations of As,Cu,Ni,Cr,Mn,and Zn increase significantly.Meanwhile,when the content(w)of As,Cu,Ni,Cr,Mn,Zn,and Pb in the raw materials is 3.2%,2.0%,0.8%,2.0%,2.4%,1.6%,and 1.6%,respectively,the glass content in the vitrification products is 95.36%,and the acid leaching concentrations of each heavy metal element do not exceed the standard.The maximum allowable content(w)of As,Cu,Ni,Cr,Mn,Zn,and Pb in the vitrification products is approximately 3.03%,2.85%,1.66%,3.00%,2.62%,2.11%,and 1.93%,respectively.
