摘 要:选取广东省内80家重点加油站作为研究对象,对其油气回收系统的运行状况开展了实地调研,并提出了改进对策和建议。结果表明,多数加油站的油气回收系统运行状况良好,液阻、密闭性基本达标,气液比整体达标率为89%,汽油年销量大、使用集中式油气回收系统的加油站更易出现气液比不达标的情况。约30%的加油站有超过3个密闭点位泄漏,大部分为一般泄漏,49%的泄漏发生在加油区,该区域也是严重泄漏占比最高的区域。39%的加油站在线监测系统未定期进行校准检测,系统气液比准确率整体偏低。80家加油站全年汽油VOCs排放量估算为841.6 t,具有较大的VOCs减排潜力,理论VOCs减排量可达416.5 t,整体降幅为49.5%。This study selected 80 key gas stations in Guangdong Province as research objects,conducted field surveys on the operational status of their vapor recovery systems,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions.The results indicate that the vapor recovery systems at most gas stations operate effectively,with the indicators of liquid resistance and tightness generally meeting standards and the overall air-liquid ratio reaching 89%.Gas stations with large annual gasoline sales and centralized vapor recovery systems are more likely to have non-compliant air-liquid ratios.Approximately 30%of gas stations experience leaks at more than three sealing points,most of which are categorized as ordinary leaks.49%of the leaks occur in the refueling area,which also presents the highest proportion of severe leaks.39%of the gas stations’on-line monitoring systems are not regularly calibrated and detected,which results in generally low accuracy in terms of air-liquid ratios provided by these systems.The annual gasoline VOCs emissions from the 80 gas stations are estimated to be 841.6 t,which indicates relatively large reduction potential.Theoretically,the VOCs emission reduction could reach 416.5 t,with an overall decrease of 49.5%.
