摘 要:微无创技术的发展具有历史必然性。然而,随着微创手术的广泛应用,其潜在风险也日益显现,无瘤原则愈发彰显了其重要性。因此,建立微创无瘤防御体系势在必行,不仅是为了应对微创技术带来的新挑战,也是为了进一步提升微创手术的安全性和有效性,最终实现对患者的全面保护,促进医学科学和人文关怀的共同发展。The development of minimally invasive techniques is inevitable.However,as these techniques become more widely used,their potential risks are also becoming increasingly apparent. The tumor-free principle is becoming ever more important in minimally invasive surgeries.Therefore,establishing a tumor-free defense system for minimally invasive procedures is imperative.This is not only to address the new challenges posed by minimally invasive technology but also to further enhance the safety and effectiveness of these procedures,and ultimately,to provide comprehensive protection for patients and to promote the combined development of medical science and humanistic care.
