摘 要:盆底功能障碍是一类严重影响女性生活质量的疾病,全面、准确地评估盆底疾病与治疗方案的制定及相应疗效密切相关。近年来,在原有检查手段的基础之上,应用人工智能技术对盆底疾病进行诊治初见成效,尤其是微无创作为近代医学的发展趋势,其与人工智能相融合,将给这一领域的发展注入新的活力。文章就微无创及人工智能技术在盆底疾病诊治中的应用及相关问题进行讨论,并且对未来的发展方向进行展望。Pelvic floor disorders are a type of illness that seriously affects the quality of life in women.A comprehensive and accurate assessment of pelvic floor disorders is closely related to the formulation of treatment plans and effectiveness.In recent years,besides the original examination methods,artificial intelligence technology has shown initial success in diagnosing and treating pelvic floor disorders,especially with the integration of noninvasive and minimally in-vasive techniques as a trend in modern medicine.This fusion of noninvasive and minimally invasive techniques and artificial intelligence has injected new vitality into the development of this field.This article discusses the application and related issues regarding noninvasive and minimally invasive and the use of artificial intelligence technology in diagnosing and treating pelvic floor disorders,and provides an outlook on future directions.
