摘　　要：相较于现代医学而言,传统中医在女性生殖系统疾病的防治方面有其自身的特点,具备一定的研究潜力。随着计算机技术的不断进步和日臻完善,人工智能正迎来发展的高峰时期,为各行各业提供了强大助力。然而,传统的中医四诊信息难以量化和标准化,以数据为支撑的人工智能在中医领域的应用受到了限制。因此,文章的主要目标在于梳理并总结相关定义,以及人工智能在中医妇科领域的发展现状与应用实践,以期能够为中医妇科的现代化进程探索出一条新的道路。Compared with modern medicine,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)shows unique advantages in preventing and treating female reproductive system diseases and has certain research potential.With the continuous progress and improvement of computer technology,artificial intelligence(AI)is ushering in a peak development period,providing powerful assistance to various industries.However,it is difficult to quantify and standardize the information of TCM fourdiagnosis,and the application of data-supported AI in the field of TCM is limited.Therefore,the main goal of this paper is to sort out and summarize the relevant definitions,as well as the current development status and application practice of AI in the field of TCM gynecology,in order to explore a new path for the modernization process of TCM gynecology.
