摘 要:微无创治疗因其创伤小、恢复快等优势,在子宫病变治疗中应用广泛。超声、CT以及磁共振成像(MRI)等影像诊断手段能够在术前辅助确定病变的良恶性,有助于制定个性化治疗方案,确保治疗的精确性和安全性,对患者的康复和生活质量具有重要意义。MRI具有高软组织及空间分辨率,在术前诊断中可作为首选的影像检查,文章主要阐述MRI的不同成像序列在子宫良恶性病变诊断中的应用及鉴别要点。Micro-noninvasive treatment is widely used in the treatment of uterine lesions due to its advantages of small trauma and rapid recovery.Imaging diagnostic methods such as ultrasound,CT and MRI can assist in determining the benign and malignant lesions before surgery,help to formulate personalized treatment plans,and ensure the accuracy and safety of treatment,which is of great significance to the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients.MRI has high soft tissue and spatial resolution and is the preferred imaging in preoperative diagnosis.This paper mainly explains the application and main identification points of different imaging modalities of MRI in the auxiliary pathological diagnosis of benign and malignant uterine lesions.
