摘　　要：为研究西藏不同种源大果圆柏的种实表型性状多样性,及其与地理-气候因素的相关性规律,本研究以西藏自治区13个自然分布区的大果圆柏种实为研究对象,测定其表型性状,采用方差分析、Pearson相关性分析及聚类分析等方法对大果圆柏10个种实表型性状进行系统分析和综合评价。结果表明,不同种源间大果圆柏种实百粒重的稳定性显著低于其他表型指标;部分测定表型指标与地理、气候因子间均存在极显著相关性;以果实、种子的10个表型性状指标为变量,通过聚类分析可将13个种源的大果圆柏划分为三大类群。研究表明,受地理-气候因素的影响,不同种源间大果圆柏种实表型性状存在丰富的变异。In order to study the diversity of seed and fruit phenotypic traits and its correlation law with geographical and climatic factors in different provenances of Juniperus tibetica Kom.in Xizang.In this study,the phenotypic traits of 10 species of Juniperus tibetica Kom.in 13 natural distribution areas in Xizang Autonomous Region were measured.The methods of variance analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used to systematically analyze and comprehensively evaluate the 10 seed and fruit phenotypic traits of Juniperus tibetica Kom..The results showed that the stability of seed weight per hundred grains of Juniperus tibetica Kom.among different provenances was significantly lower than other phenotypic indexes.Some of the phenotypic indexes were significantly correlated with geographical and climatic factors.Using 10 phenotypic traits of fruits and seeds as variables,the 13 provenances of Juniperus tibetica Kom.were divided into three groups by cluster analysis.The results indicated that there were abundant variation in the phenotypic traits of Juniperus tibetica Kom.species among different provenances under the influence of geo-climatic factors.
