46份黄淮海玉米新品种南方锈病抗性剖析

摘  要:以河南省种业发展中心主持展示的46个玉米新品种为材料,通过田间南方锈病自然发病分析与接种鉴定分析比较,探讨46个玉米新品种抗南方锈病能力及对产量性状的影响。结果表明,在46份主推品种中,高抗(HR)品种2份,抗病(R)品种7份,中抗(MR)品种19份,感病(S)品种10份,高感(HS)品种8份,随着育种水平的提升,南方锈病抗性水平表现中抗以上品种逐年递增。穗粒重、产量与抗性水平呈正相关。其中,浚单678、名鼎26、航星708、浚单658、中科玉505、安玉706、现代959、金北516、中玉303、NK815、YD807、鑫农科898等品种南方锈病抗性和产量均较好。热带、亚热带血缘玉米材料具有较好的抗南方锈病性能,可以作为改良温带种质一个有效的抗原。Using 46 new maize(Zea mays L.)varieties exhibited by He'nan Seed Industry Development Center as materials,the ability of resistance to southern rust disease and its effect on yield traits were studied through the analysis of natural incidence and inoculation identification.The results showed that among the 46 main varieties,2 were high-resistant(HR)varieties,7 were resistant(R)varieties,19 were medium resistant(MR)varieties,10 were susceptible(S)varieties,and 8 were high susceptible(HS)varieties.With the improvement of breeding level,the resistance level of the above varieties increased year by year.Grain weight per spike and yield were positively correlated with resistance level.Among them,Jundan678,Mingding26,Hangxing708,Jundan658,Zhongkeyu 505,Anyu706,Xiandai959,Jinbei516,Zhongyu303,NK815,YD807,Xinnongke898 and other varieties of southern rust resistance and yield were good.Tropical and subtropical related maize materials had good resistance to southern rust disease and could be used as an effective antigen for improving temperate germplasms.
