摘  要:以焚烧单元产生的烟气吸收液为例,利用Aspen Plus软件中的常压塔模块研究了压缩空气曝气法对该碱性废盐水中有机组分的脱除效果,结果表明,基于较低的压缩空气用量和较少的塔板数即可将该有机废盐水中的TOC(总有机碳)含量降至5 mg/L以下,达到了可回用至烧碱装置的盐水TOC标准,实现了工业废水的循环再利用;基于常压填料塔进行了曝气实验,得到的数据与模拟计算结果相近,证明了模拟计算数据的真实性以及压缩空气曝气法处理该有机废盐水在技术上的可靠性。该曝气工艺运行过程简单,经济效益显著。Taking the smoke absorption liquid produced by incinerator unit as an example,the removal effect of the organic component in alkaline brine by compressed air aeration method was studied by using the atmospheric-pressure tower module in Aspen Plus software.The results showed that based on low consumption of compressed air and small plate number,the TOC(total organic carbon)content of the organic brine could be reduced to no more than 5 mg/L,reaching the TOC standard of the brine that can be reused in the caustic soda unit,and realizing the recycling and reuse of industrial wastewater.The aeration experiment was carried out based on the atmospheric-pressure packed tower,and the obtained data were similar to the results from simulated calculation,which proved the authenticity of the simulated calculation data and the technical reliability of the compressed air aeration method for treating the organic brine.The operation process of the aeration process is simple,and the cost effectiveness are very significant.
