摘　　要：介绍了聚合回收工艺流程,分析了聚合釜搅拌异常,回流冷凝器换热量偏大和分配台自聚,及回收系统回收慢的原因,提出对应的防范措施。通过对防范措施的应用,提高了釜的利用率,释放了产能,实现了聚合釜和回收系统的安全稳定高效运行。This paper introduces the technological process of polymerization recovery,analyzes the causes of abnormal agitation in polymerization kettle,excessive heat transfer of reflux condenser,selfpolymerization in distribution station,and slow recovery in recovery system,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures.Through the formulation of preventive measures,the polymerization reactor and recovery system can be safe,stable and efficient operation,improve the utilization of the reactor,capacity and other further release.
