摘　　要：介绍了新建盐酸乙醇项目的物料性质和生产工艺,采用预先危险分析法对主要危险有害因素导致事故发生的触发条件、危险等级以及管控措施进行分析,为后续采取具有针对性、可操作性和经济合理的安全设施设计提供重要支撑。This paper introduces the material properties and production process of the newly-built ethanol hydrochloride project.The pre-hazard analysis method is used to analyze the triggering conditions,hazard levels and control measures of accidents caused by major hazardous and harmful factors,providing important support for the subsequent adoption of targeted,operable and economically reasonable safety facility designs.
