摘　　要：数据时代协同警务建设在实践中涌现出了诸多创新性经验,值得公安领域推广。理论研究中需要厘清协同警务与警务协同、警务协作、警务合作等相关概念的区别与联系。协同警务既是系统性理念,也是警务运行模式;警务协同、警务协作、警务合作等是实现这一理念的践行机制和具体落实。数据时代协同警务建设中,协同治理为其提供理论支持,法治思维促进多元主体协同共治,信息技术为公安工作提质增效赋能。协同警务建设是一个动态性、持续性的过程,需要进一步主动更新观念,以实战为导向,规范数据标准,强化研判水平,充分利用信息技术实现科学治理,加强法治保障,高质效地实现公安机关的社会责任。The collaborative policing construction in the data age has emerged many innovative experiences in practice,which are worth promoting in the public security field.In theoretical research,it is necessary to clarify the differences and connections between collaborative policing and related concepts such as police collaboration and police cooperation.Collaborative policing is not only a systematic concept,but also a mode of policing operation.Police collaboration and police cooperation are the practical mechanisms and specific implementations for realizing this concept.In the construction of collaborative policing in the data era,collaborative governance provides theoretical support.Legal thinking promotes the collaborative governance of multiple subjects,and information technology enhances the quality and efficiency of public security work.The construction of collaborative policing is a dynamic and continuous process,which needs to further update the concept actively,take actual combat as the guidance,standardize data standards,strengthen the level of research and judgment,make full use of information technology to achieve scientific governance,strengthen the legal protection,and realize the social responsibility of public security organs with high quality and efficiency.
