负压吸引植皮术与加压包扎植皮术在烧伤整形治疗中的临床效果差异分析

摘　　要：目的分析负压吸引植皮术与加压包扎植皮术在烧伤整形治疗中的临床效果差异。方法按照治疗方式的不同,将南开大学附属医院行烧伤整形治疗的患者分为两组,对照组30例,行加压包扎植皮术治疗,观察组30例,行负压吸引植皮术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果,并对其术后1年的创面组织修复情况进行调查,评估两组患者的生活质量,调查两组患者的治疗满意度。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的组织柔软程度评分和瘢痕增生程度评分均高于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的SF-36评分高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗满意度高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在烧伤整形治疗中应用负压吸引植皮术相比于加压包扎植皮术能够达到更为理想的治疗效果,可更加有效地改善患者的组织柔软程度和瘢痕增生程度,提高患者的生活质量和治疗满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of negative pressure suction skin grafting and pressure bandage skin grafting in the treatment of burn plastic surgery.Methods According to different treatment methods,the patients who underwent burn plastic surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups:control group(30 cases)received pressure bandaging and skin grafting treatment,and observation group(30 cases)received negative pressure suction skin grafting treatment.The treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared,and the wound tissue repair of the two groups was investigated one year after surgery,and the quality of life of the two groups of patients was evaluated.Investigate the treatment satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of tissue softness and scar hyperplasia in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of negative pressure suction skin grafting in the treatment of burn plastic surgery can achieve a more ideal therapeutic effect than the pressure bandage skin grafting,more effectively improve the degree of tissue softness and scar hyperplasia of patients,improve the quality of life and treatment satisfaction of patients.
