摘 要:目的探究异烟肼不同剂量应用于肺结核患者中对其治疗效果的影响。方法回顾纳入2022年1月-2024年1月滨州市滨城区管理的肺结核患者120例,将上述患者按照异烟肼用药剂量均等分为两组,每组各有60例,其中常规组异烟肼用药剂量为每天0.3g,观察组用药剂量为每天0.5g,针对两组差异化剂量治疗效果以及影响机制进行研究和分析。结果差异化剂量用药后观察组FEV1以及PEF改善效果较常规组更为理想,P<0.05;观察组用药后整体疗效较常规组更优,P<0.05;观察组症状消退时间整体用时较常规组明显更短,P<0.05;用药后两组患者各项免疫指标均得到不同程度的改善,且观察组较常规组改善效果更为理想,P<0.05;观察组用药后不良反应与常规组相比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论临床可以通过每天0.5g的异烟肼药物对肺结核病患者进行干预治疗,不仅能提高治疗疗效,还能够促进T淋巴细胞亚群以及肺功能的改善,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of isoniazid applied to patients with pulmonary tuberculosis on their therapeutic effects.Methods 120 cases of tuberculosis patients managed in our area from January 2022 to January 2024 were reviewed and divided into two groups of 60 cases each according to the dose of isoniazid,in which the dose of isoniazid in the conventional group was 0.3g per day and the dose of isoniazid in the observation group was 0.5g per day,and the therapeutic effect of the differentiated dose and the influence mechanism of the two groups were studied and analysed.Results The improvement of FEV1 and PEF in the observation group was more satisfactory than that in the conventional group after differentiated dosage,P<0.05;the overall therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the conventional group,P<0.05;the overall symptomatic recession time of the observation group was shorter than that of the conventional group,P<0.05;the immunological indexes of the patients in the two groups were improved in different degrees after administration of isoniazid,and the observation group had more satisfactory effect than that of the conventional group,P<0.05;the observation group after the use of adverse reactions compared with the conventional group,the difference is not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion Clinical intervention in patients with tuberculosis through the daily isoniazid drug 0.5g,not only can improve the efficacy of the treatment,but also promote the improvement of T-lymphocyte subpopulation and lung function,worthy of clinical promotion.
